Common topics

  • Activation not working

    Make sure you're signed in with the same email used at checkout. Check your spam folder for the activation link.

  • Screenshots not being detected

    Check Settings → Storage to make sure your watch folder paths are correct. Screenshotidy needs read access to those folders.

  • OCR not extracting text

    OCR works on PNG and JPEG screenshots. Very small images or heavily stylized text may produce limited results.

  • Refund request

    We offer a 14-day refund policy on Pro purchases. Email us with your purchase email and we'll process it — no questions asked.
